Terms of Service

Important: Shuli is a productivity companion. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or cure ADHD or any other condition. Timers and checklists are helpful aids, not safety devices. Shuli cannot know whether a stove, oven, door or appliance is off or closed. For anything safety-critical, use a dedicated timer and check yourself.

1. The product

Shuli · שולי is a focus companion for iOS and Android. These Terms govern use of the apps and this website. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Shuli helps you start activities, sends reminders you choose, and helps you return to what you started. Reminder delivery depends on your device and operating system (battery saving, Focus / Do Not Disturb modes and notification settings can delay or silence them).

2. Who we are

Shuli is published by ByLiShi in Israel. Contact: shuli@bylishi.com.

3. Your account

An account is optional. Keep your credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time in the app.

4. AI features

Optional AI suggestions can be inaccurate. Review every plan before starting it. Fair-use limits apply.

5. Free service and advertising

The app is free to download. Core companion features are provided at no charge. The service may display a bottom banner ad (Unity LevelPlay, including ironSource and Meta Audience Network) to support ongoing development.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users’ data, interfere with ads or the app, or overload our systems.

7. Not medical advice

Shuli does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Insights, reminders and AI output are for convenience only.

8. Privacy

How session, account, AI, and advertising data are handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”. ByLiShi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
